I’m Matt Ebert, founder and CEO of Crash Champions. What started as a single shop in 1999 has grown into a nationwide brand with over 650 locations in 38 states. I’ve led Crash Champions to become the largest founder-led MSO in the U.S., earning investment from top private equity firms like Clearlake Capital. But beyond growth, my focus has always been on creating opportunities—building a company where people can thrive. I’m proud to have been recognized as an industry leader, but my real passion is championing a strong culture and future for collision repair.
I run my company with a Champion’s Mindset - one that I strive to instill in every team member. Learn more in the Matt’s Mindset section.
I believe in Championing People
I’ve always believed that if you want to build something great, you have to invest in your team first. That’s why I’m passionate about people - giving them the opportunity to grow, and turn jobs into careers. Surrounding yourself with great people is the difference between good and exceptional. Because when your team wins, your customers win, and that’s how you build something that lasts.
